God further blessed our people by having the IRS appoint the Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc as "Caretakers of the Internal Revenue Service Group Tax Exempt Ruling Number" This number gives us the ability to give your ministry, congregation, nonprofit organization immediate 501(c)(3) IRS Tax Exemption. The Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. Group Exemption Number (GEN) given only by the Internal Revenue Service to limited group for the sole purpose of chartering Christian Churches, Ministries, Christian Diocese, Christian organization networks and Nonprofit Organization to name a few. This Internal Revenue Service Group Exemption Number (GEN) accepted by all state and federal agencies. the complete process can take 15 days to 30 days opposed to 24 months and possibly being rejected if applied directly to the IRS, not to mention the cost. We provide ministerial credentials to qualified applicants, 501( c)(3) tax-exempt status for churches and evangelistic ministries under our group exemption.
CHARTER DIVISIONS Church — A Local Church Charter protects the church, helping to eliminate un-acceptable, un-Christ-like lifestyles, preferences, interference and conflicts that may arise from denominational control, the local community, the state and the federal government agencies. Mission — Local mission serving predominately the poor, orphans, street people, abused women and children, outcasts, etc. A mission may offer rooms for rent, give away food and clothes, have special educational or Bible studies, etc. Because a local mission is a non-profit tax-exempt organization. Evangelistic (Preaching Ministry) — A Evangelistic charter is granted to traveling ministries such as evangelists, preachers, Bible teachers’ ministries. Having an evangelistic charter allows a ministry to receive donations while on the road or traveling anywhere in the USA. Educational (i.e. Church School, Academy, Bible College, Seminary)- Many churches and individual ministers, Bible teachers, and others have long awaited an opportunity to begin their own academy, Bible College or Seminary. Now this particular educational charter makes it possible. Any institution that applies for a charter must not be racially discriminatory and must clearly outline its purpose, curriculum, etc. The Fountain of Life Ministerial Seminary Extension program can help with curriculums and books. Christian Counseling Center - Because of many marital and family problems, throughout the nation, more ministries are specializing in counseling. A Christian counseling center may be part of an established church, or operated independently of a church from an office. It is meaningful to charter a Christian Counseling Center, because some state officials have attempted to interfere with such centers inasmuch as competition is fierce among licensed professionals in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, and marriage counseling. A Christian Counseling Center is considered by the IRS to be a religious and charitable organization. (Some centers prefer to use a sliding scale fee system).
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS Every applicant must fully agree with the Doctorial Statement. Every applicant should be born-again and living a life that reflects the born-again experience. Every applicant must realize that he/she is a potential representative of Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. and must be willing to uphold a standard of Biblical behavior and our Code of Ethics. Every applicant must honor the One-Time non-refundable Sign-up fee. Our office must receive this fee before any application will be considered. These funds are payable in US funds only, by money order, personal checks, certified check only will be accepted. Credit card payment is acceptable if the proper information is supplied. Every applicant must honor a Annual Renewal Fee to continue in good standings with FOLOMI. Failure to do so will result in his/her being suspended from membership and Tax Exemption Status with the IRS. Every applicant for Licensed or Ordained Minister level of certification must pass a basic Bible knowledge test given by the Bishops Office. Every applicant should know that membership in Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. Automatically enrolls you to the International Fellowship of Charismatic Churches and Ministries. Every applicant should know that dismissal from Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. would also result in the suspension of their involvement with International Fellowship of Charismatic Churches and Ministries and Tax Exemption Status with the Internal Revenue Service (3)_files/image002.gif)
