The Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. membership is open to any person, ministry, school or Para church group that is in agreement with the doctrine , vision and ministry of the Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc.

Every applicant must fully agree with the Doctorial Statement.

Every applicant should be born-again and living a life that reflects the born-again experience.

Every applicant must realize that he/she is a potential representative of Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. and the International Fellowship of Charismatic Churches and Ministries and must be willing to uphold a standard of Biblical behavior and our Code of Ethics.
 

Every applicant must honor the Non-Refundable Application Fee $ 25.00 and a One-Time Membership Set up Fee. Our office must receive this fee before any application will be considered. These funds are payable in US funds only, by money order, personal checks, certified check only will be accepted. Credit card payment is acceptable if the proper information is supplied through PayPal.

Every applicant must honor a Annual Renewal  and a Annual Financial Report to continue in good standings with FOLOMI. Failure to do so will result in his/her being suspended from membership and Tax Exemption Status with the IRS.


Every applicant for Ordained Minister level of certification must pass a basic Bible knowledge test given by the FOLOMI Bishops Office.

Every applicant should know that dismissal from Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. would also result in the suspension of all  involvement with, International Fellowship of Charismatic Churches and Ministries and Tax Exemption Status with the Internal Revenue Service

To apply to the Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc.

 (3)  Have the Article of Organization  notarized.

(4)  Be sure to submit any fees.
